The ecosystem
Every case starts from the patient’s CT scan and intraoral scan, goes through virtual planning with the 3D Technology Center consultants, and is only manufactured after the surgeon approves it.
Whoever operates receives the complete sterilised set: reconstruction plate, guides, prosthetic bar, Bortolo retention plate and the installation support kit consigned by the technology centre. Whoever refers follows the case from start to finish — and carries out their patient’s prosthetic rehabilitation.

Who we are
EducaCubo is the education and training arm of the 3D Technology Center — the engineering side of Dentoflex, a manufacturer with more than 48 years in Brazilian implant dentistry. Here you master the complete digital workflow, from CT scan to 3D-printed grade 5 titanium, alongside the people who actually manufacture it: the same team that designs custom plates for complex cases plans, reviews and follows your cases. You get trained, submit the case, approve the plan — and guide your patient from beginning to end.

Class open to every specialty: the surgeon track (full surgical hands-on) and the referrer track (diagnosis, case workflow and prosthetic rehabilitation). The certification is part of the CustomFlex ecosystem — it is what connects you to the 3D Technology Center.
Every CustomFlex device is unique: planned with the surgeon, approved before manufacturing and notified to Anvisa. That is why we certify only a few professionals per class, with individual support from the first case onward — whether you are the surgeon or the professional who identified the patient.
The Cubo certification is intended exclusively for professionals qualified in implant dentistry or oral and maxillofacial surgery. Results depend on the proper application of the protocol and vary according to each professional’s technical level.
